in Kollywood and the wait is over. The film has been released on Diwali 2011
and response to the film is positive. Although the film is not up to the hype

Synopsis
7amm arivu is the story of Bodhidharman who live 1000 years before who had all talents and knowledge. The story then turns into the life of circus man Suriya who love scientist Shruthi Hassan. Shruthi tries the genes of Bodhidharman in Suriya and thus Bodhidharman gets a rebirth. The story picks up the pace when the Hollywood villain comes to destroy the reborn Bodhidharman.
Performances
Suriya has done great hard work and require special appreciation. The stunt scenes are perfect and is worth a watch. But the actress Shruthi Hassan is not up to the hype as no feelings are present in her face. She is just glamour quotient in the film and my provide a satisfactory acting for viewers. Villain is the main highlight of the film and he simply rocked. With some power packed stunts and good acting villain steals the show. Others are just running the show and neither of them are bad.
Story and technicalities
Story is a novel type and is something different. The film has good story but the average treatment makes everything wrong. Film was given huge ads and the hype it caused was not less then anything. But now the ads are turning bad to film as it is not up to the hype. We can only see the first and last half hour of film in fresh mood. Rest of the part is treated average. The songs were just causing hinder and was not so likely. Only Yamma yamma justified the super tracks visualisation. But the film has something good to thing between this drawbacks. The stunts are superb enough and the introduction of Bodhidharman is a visual treat. Stunts are well choreographed. Although the songs are good to watch they were miss placed and hindered the flow of the film. One can appreciate the hard work of the crew and cast but may not get satisfied with the whole product. The film has something good but lacks more than the good. This film is worth a watch if you don't mind a little boredom. The film should be watched with zero expectation to turn down as O.K. film. If you expect more sadness will be the answer. Anyhow hats off to the crew for the brilliant treat and hard work.
Conclusion
The film may be hit but it will disappoint the hype it created. The stunts are superb and one should watch this film this Diwali to saw the technical perfectness. Overall 7aam arivu is a good film with different line which got average treatment in middle portion.
Verdict ; A worth watch with technical goodness.
